On September 23, 1999, everything changed except the body.
Sheila Seppi is the founder of the Institute of Living Light Archives™. At thirty-eight, she experienced something she had no framework to understand and no language to describe it. Over the next twenty-five years, she gathered, tested, and organized what she was able to perceive, gradually developing it into a body of work that could be taught and shared with others.
The story explains the doorway. The Institute is what she built after she walked through it.
