Sheila Seppi is an internationally recognized spiritual teacher, multidimensional healer, consciousness educator, and pioneer in the study of human energetic architecture and soul-level transformation. Following a profound walk-in experience that radically transformed her awareness and perception, Sheila devoted her life to understanding the deeper mechanics of consciousness, healing, soul integration, and human evolution.
She is the founder of the Institute of Living Light Archives™ (ILLA), an educational body of work dedicated to exploring the architecture of consciousness and the multidimensional nature of the human experience. Sheila is also the founder of the Living Light Archives™ courses, Soul Reconnection Technique™ (SRT) healing modality, Spirit Way Ministries, and the Conscious Awakening Network.
As the creator of Soul Reconnection Technique™, Sheila has trained practitioners and worked with clients worldwide, supporting individuals in restoring coherence within their energetic, emotional, spiritual, and soul-level architecture. Her work bridges spirituality with grounded, practical frameworks that examine soul mechanics, dimensional awareness, density evolution, the holographic body, and embodied spiritual integration.
Sheila is the co-author of Cosmic Convergence: Journeys of Walk-Ins, Starseeds and Hybrids, author of Walk-Ins: Cosmology of the Soul, and contributing author to Anthology of Light Language. She openly shares her experience as a walk-in consciousness from the Yahni collective of the Omnistream of Divine Consciousness as context for the cosmological frameworks she teaches.
